The Top Zip Codes for Investment Properties in Your Area in 2019

The numbers are out!

In 2019, 61,357 properties were sold on MyHouseDeals throughout the US.  This provides a lot of data about which market areas and deal types are available for profitable investing. 

Below we break out the three different deal types on our website: wholesale deals, investor-ready foreclosures and motivated seller deals. You’ll see graphs showing the percentage of each deal type along with which states and cities contain the most properties. 

Then we list the top 20 market areas and the top zip codes within those market areas so you know exactly where to hunt for investment properties. Take a look at the color coded maps to get a quick idea of hot spots. Finally, you’ll see a list of average ARVs in each market area so you can compare housing prices across the US.
